Chop veggies and toss in large pot with chicken and broth. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to simmer and cover. Let cook 1 hour until chicken begins to fall apart. Shred or roughly chop chicken, add noodles to cook. You may add water if necessary. Cook noodles according to package direction.
