I added quite a bit more broccoli to the original recipe, which only called for 1 cup for a 4-serving casserole. The recipe also called for chicken broth, but I thought it would be more convenient to use water and bouillon for such a tiny bit. Due to the water, there will be quite a bit of liquid in the bottom of the dish. Next time I may just stir the bouillon powder into the sour cream and mayo mixture and leave out the water completely. I was afraid that a whole teaspoon of garlic powder would be overpowering, but it's not. It does add nearly 2 carbs to the dish, though, so if you're on induction you might cut back a bit. I will make this again and even my husband said it was really good.
