1 pkg (16 oz) - California Style Vegetable Mix (Broccoli, Cauliflower, Carrots), thawed
4 oz (1 cup) - Colby Cheese, shredded

Prepare Soul Food Seasoning as directed.Sprinkle approximately 1/2 tsp of the soul food seasoning onto both sides of the boneless skinless chicken breasts. Place into oven under broiler, turning breasts every 5 minutes. Cook until chicken breasts are no longer pink in the middle (approximately 10-15 minutes). Cut chicken breasts into 1/2 inch cubes.In a bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, the remaining 1/2 tsp of soul food seasoning and the mayonnaise. Mix chicken soup mixture together with whisk. With a large spoon, add the vegetable mix and chicken breast cubes, stirring well after each addition.Pour entire mixture into a 2 quart casserole dish.
