Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place four tortilla halves on bottom of casserole dish (lightly sprayed with cooking spray).Layer tortillas with 1 1/2 cups of beans, 1 cup of rice, and 1/2 of the chicken. Repeat layers with the rest of the ingredients. Top with Mozzarella cheese. Place in oven for about 20 minutes, or until heated through. Cut in to eight equal parts.
