Here is how you make Whole Wheat Chicken Enchilada Casserole:

Cook and shredd chicken. Dice onion and peppers then sautee until translucent. Add chicken to onions and pepper. Add seasoning and water. Mix well. Add 8 oz pkg of ff cream cheese; stir until melted. Place two torillas in bottom of 9x13" pan. Spread layer of chicken mixture and pour enchilada sauce. Do another layer and finish with two torillas on top.
