.5 serving Bacon - Farmland Thick Sliced Bacon
.25 cup Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain
.25 cup Mushrooms, canned
6 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
0.25 cup Green Giant Frozen Brocolli & Three Cheese Sauce

Here is how you make Broccoli Stuffed Chicken Breast w/Mozzarella and Parmesan Cheese:

Start with 2 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts. Flatten chicken to about 1/8 inch. Season as desired. Heat the broccoli and cheese box with garlic and onion powder in a small amount of oil; add in Mozzarella and small amount of Parmesan. Heat up. Place 2 TBS filling on each chicken. Roll up and secure with toothpicks. Place in baking dish. Coat each chicken with a little oil and then coat with bread crumbs mixed with 1 oz Parmesan Cheese.
