Here is how you make Buffalo Chicken-Feta Cheese Meatloaf:

Preheat oven to 350. Lightly mist loaf pan. Combine oats and milk in a bowl, stir to mix. Let stand for 3 minutes. Stir in wing sauce. Add the turkey/chicken, celery, onion, carrots, egg whites and salt. Mix well. Gently add feta cheese. Press into loaf pan and bake for 45 minutes with last five minutes or so under low broiler.
