Preheat oven to 350. Place large frying pan over medium heat. Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper. When pan is warm add butter to coat bottom of the pan. Allow butter to brown, then add chicken and cook 4 mins stirring so all sides of chicken pieces are cooked. Remove from heat and place chicken in large bowl. Add res of the ingredients except bread crumbs and cheddar cheese, season, toss and spread into a casserole dish. Sprinkle with the bread crumbs and cheddar cheese.
