Half a raw onion finely diced
4 finely chopped garlic cloves
100g of fresh diced Silverbeet
5 large mushrooms chopped finely
30ml Sweet Chilli Sauce
1/4 cup of tomato sauce
100g edam cheese, cubed
14 sheets of filo pastry
Dash of black pepper to your liking
1 tbsp of melted butter (just to make the filo sheets stick to each other)

Here is how you make Chicken and Vege Filo Parcels:

Place all the ingredients (except filo, butter & cheese) into a fry pan until cooked.Spread out 2 filo sheets at a time using some butter to hold them together. Spoon a few tablespoons of mixture onto pastry and add 2 of the cheese cubes. Gently fold over the pastry making little parcels.
