Add soy sauce and worchestershire sauce to pan and heat until bubbling. Gently lay in chicken breasts. Cook on both sides, turning back and forth to coat the chicken and cook thoughly. Mound cooked veggies on top of cooked breast, cover with a slice of cheese. Turn off heat, cover pan and let set for 2 minutes. Cut the breasts in half to create 4 servings.
