Here is how you make Chicken Naosa:

This dish turns out to be a very light and refreshing meals - equally wonderful hot or cold. Although there is a great deal of lemon in it, the flavour is quite subtle. When putting this together, perfection is not necessary. When complete, all put the outside layers will have 'cooked together' like a soft pasta.Combine ground chicken breast, lemon juice, and sweet basil in sauce pan. Ensure that there is enough lemon juice to cover chicken - if not, add more. Bring to a low boil and let simmer for 20 minutes. If using butter, add now.Spray a deep 6" oven proof pot or pan with cooking spray. Ensure to cover interior completely. Place tortilla in bottom, pressing in so that there is a ledge up the sides. Place 1/5 of chicken mixture over tortilla. Don't worry about extra liquid - this will be poured over when all layers are assembled. Cover chicken with 1/5 of cheese and 1/5 of optional add-ins. Repeat five times. Cover with last tortilla and pour any remaining liquid over top.Bake in 350 degree oven for about 45 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool for about 30 minutes before turning on to plate. Slice and serve with spinach salad.NOTES:This is also a wonderful appitetizer. To prepare, make as above in a loaf pan lined with parchment paper. After cooked, cool completely in fridge. Remove from pan and cut into 1" slices. Garnish with Red Jalepeno Peppers and Lemon Curls.Playing around with different colours of Tortillas will create a pretty effect, especially as this dish is almost uniformly white. A highly refined tortilla is necessary, however, in order for it to turn out correctly.
