Here is how you make Chicken Normandy:

Filet open your chicken breast. Place your spinach leaf with the ends overlapping each other, place your ham down on the spinach, with the provolone cheese on the ham and a slice of tomato on the cheese, roll these together and place inside the chicken breast which I pin closed with a toothpick.In a bowl mix your bread crumbs, garlic powder and onion powder with a fork or whisk to blend thoroughly. Coat both sides of the chicken and place on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 325° for 35-40 minutes Serves 1
