Here is how you make Chicken Parmagiano:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a non-stick baking pan with olive oil spray. Cut breasts in half & arrange breasts on pan. Lightly spray mushrooms & bell peppers with olive oil spray, saute until browned; top chicken. Saute garlic lightly & spread over chicken. Add tomatoes & dollops of ricotta cheese. Season with salt & pepper; top with mozzarella & basil. Bake for 35 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through, the ricotta is bubbling, & the mozzarella turns golden brown.
