Here is how you make Chicken Parmigana:

Wisk egg and milk together on a plateOn a separate plate combine flour and pepperAnd on another separate plate combine bread crumbs and Morrocan Seasoning.Cut each chicken breasts into 3 lengthways.One at a time, cover with clingwrap on a chopping board and flatten slightly with a rolling pin.Dip each piece of chicken into the flour mix, then the egg mix, and finally the bread crumbs.Seare both sides in fry pan momuntarily.Place on baking tray and bake for 30-40mins, or until golden in colour.Spread tomato paste on the top of each piece, cover with 1/2 slice of pinapple and shredded cheese.Place back in oven until cheese has melted.Serving Size:?Makes 6 pieces of Parmy ChickenNumber of Servings: 6Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user BLINK-KID.
