2 whole chicken breasts, split
6 ozs Neuchaftel cheese
2 Tbsp Milk
1 Tbsp dehydrated onion flakes
2 Tbsp margarine
2 cans of reduced fat pillsbury crescent rolls


How Do I Make Chicken Turnovers?

Here is how you make Chicken Turnovers:

Boil chicken for two hours in water. After 2 hours, remove from heat and place on cooling rack for an additional hour. Once chicken is cooled, remove skin and bones and mash, using your fingers, into shredded bits of chicken. Add the neufchatel cheese, skim milk, margarine, salt, pepper and onion flakes. Mix together until all ingredients are incorporated. Take 2 crescent roll triangles and place together to form a rectangle. Pinch the seams of the dough together. Add about 1/4 cup of the chicken mixture to the dough and create the turnover by pinching the dough closed around the chicken mixture.
