1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 cup Panko breadcrumbs.

Here is how you make Chicken w/Broccoli and cheese cassa-roll:

I purchases a package of the Perdue Boneless, skinless breast. There were 3 to the pack, so I did all 3. Pound out the breast to about 1/4 inch thick. Season with salt, pepper, and a dash of chicken seasoning. While pounding the chicken out, go ahead and steam, or boil your broccoli to almost tender. Once broccoli is done, place 1/2 cup down the center of the flattened chicken breasts. Measure 1/4 cup of sharp cheddar cheese and sprinkle over broccoli. Roll the chicken over top of broccoli/cheese as tight as possible with out tearing the chicken. Place the chicken roll in a baking dish that's been sprayed with non fat cooking spray (Pam). Mix mushroom soup with a little water, just to thin out slightly, and pour that mixture evenly over top of the chicken. Measure out 1/3 cup of Panko bread crumbs, and evenly over the cassarole. Cover with foil, and bake in a preheated oven set at 425 degrees for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, remove foil, and bake an additional 10-12 minutes or until bread crumbs on top are a golden, crispy brown.Serving Size: 1 chicken breastNumber of Servings: 1Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user TIME4TIM.
