Sprinkle the chicken w the salt and ground pepper. Heat 2 tsp of the oil in a large skillet over med-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until brown, 3-4 min on each side. Transfer the chicken to a plate & set aside.2. Heat the remaining 1 tsp oil in the same skillet over med-high heat. Add the onion and garlic; cook, stirring occasionally, until softened, abt. 3 mins. Add bell peppers, mushrooms, and celery; cook, stirring occasionly, until softened, 5-6 mins. Return the chicken to the skillet; add pasta sauce and stir to coat. Bring the mix to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer, cover, until the chicken is cooked through and the vegitables are tender, about 20 mins. Serve 1 piece on the chicken & 1/2 cup vegitables and sauce on a plate with side of your choice.3. To make it a meal add 2oz of the pasta to plate and to cover with the 1/2 cup veg. and sauce.
