Transfer crumbs to a bowl, add in 1 tbsp poultry seasoning, thyme, and parmesan.Mix flour and remaing poultry seasoning in another bowl.Pour egg substitute into a third bowl. Cut chicken breats into 6 halves, roll in flour then dip in egg, then roll in bread crumb mixture. Put on pan.
