Here is how you make Lower Fat Chicken and Cheese Enchilada Casserole:

Boil chicken breasts until throroughly cooked; drain and cool on a cutting board. Once they are touchable, chop or shred into small bite size pieces. Preheat oven to 400. Using a casserole dish that will fill to the sides with two tortillas set next to each other lenghtwise - spray with lots of non-stick spray. Drizzle 1/4 of the enchilada sauce on the bottom and then line with two tortillas. Top with 1/3 of the chicken and 1/3 of the cheese. Drizzle with 1/4 of the enchilada sauce. Lay down another two tortillas, and spread the beans into a nice flat layer. Drop the can of chilis on this layer and spread evenly. Sprinkle another 1/3 of the chicken. Sprinkle 1/3 of the cheese on top. Drizzle 1/4 can of enchilada sauce. Lay down the last two tortillas and press firmly so entire casserole is tight. Sprinkle remaining chicken on top, drizzle with remaining enchilada sauce and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Cook uncovered at 400 degrees for approximately 20 minutes.
