Here is how you make Oven Chicken Cordon Bleu:

Preheat oven to 425. Melt butter in baking dish in oven while heating.Place chicken breasts between 2 sheets of plastic wrap and flatten each with a meat mallet.Combine the bread crumbs, Parmesan, garlic and salt in bowl.Cut cheese and ham into 2 strips, place on strip each in the center of the pieces of chicken, fold each end of the chicken over, fold both sides totally to encase the cheese and ham.
