Evaporated Milk, Lowfat 2%, canned, 12 oz, All Purpose Flour, .1/4 cup, cooked Chicken Breast, Mushrooms, , 1 cup, pieces or slices , Green Peppers (bell peppers), 3/4 cup, chopped ,Spagetti Noodles (thin or angel hair) 5 oz , Parmesan Cheese 1/4 cup, chili paste, onion and garlic powder.


How Do I Make Tuscan Chicken?

Here is how you make Tuscan Chicken:

1. boil noodles until desired doneness.2.Meanwhile place mushroom and bell peppers with small amount of water, boil until done.3. Place 1/4 cup of flour in jar with lid along with 1/2 cup of cold water, shake to combine.4. Drain peppers and onions, pour in flour/water mixture, 12 oz evap. milk, garlic and onion powder, chili paste (use less than 1 tsp if you do not want spicy). Bring to boil. Boil for 2 minutes. Be sure to stir so it doesn't stick. 5. Pour mixture over drained noodles in greased baking dish. I use olive oil or butter cooking spray. Add 1/4 parm. cheese and chicken. Stir together.6.
