Here is how you make Cheesy Avacado Chicken:

Fillet chicken breast horizontally into two even pieces.Pour lemon juice into a suitable container and add chicken (ensure chicken is covered). Place in the fridge for about half an hour.Remove seed and flesh from avocado and slice in half length ways, and then slice each half into cresent shaped pieces roughly 3mm thick.Remove chicken from lemon juice and pan fry over a medium temperature. This should take less than 10 minutes.
