How Do I Make Cheesy Chicken Enchiladas?

Here is how you make Cheesy Chicken Enchiladas:

Boil chicken breast, shred when cooled enough to touch. Mix up sour cream, chiles, 1/2 the cheese, soup and diced onion in a bowl. Spread a little in the bottom of a 12X16ish pan. Add the shredded chicken. Spread some of the mixture into each tortilla and lay in the pan. Cover the enchiladas with the rest of the mixture. Cover with the rest of the cheese. Cover dish with foil and bake at 350 degrees F, for 45 minutes. Remove foil, cook 15 minutes more or so, until cheese is bubbly and a bit brown. Let sit for about 10 minutes before serving.
