Here is how you make Cheesy Chicken Shells:

Boil pasta shells according to package directions.Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Spray a 11x7 inch baking dish with cooking spray.Mix together egg, ricotta, mozzarella, chicken, garlic, grated vegetable, salt and pepper.Stuff pasta shells with chicken mixture and place in baking dish.In a sauce pan combine milk and corn starch. Heat until thickened and bubbly. Add swiss cheese and nutmeg and combine until cheese is melted. Spoon over pasta shells. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
