Chicken:Lightly coat Chicken breasts with oil then dredge through seasoned flourCook in a skittle with olive oil over medium high heat. Cook on one side until almost cooked through then flip and cook for a couple of minutes. Transfer chicken to a plate and then cover with foil.Sauce:After removing chicken from pan, add onion, cardamom and some pepper/no-salt seasoning. Cook until onions are translucent, a few minutes.Add wine, stock, balsamic and jam, bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and cook until reduced by about half, about 10 minutes.Stir cherries into sauce and return chicken to pan. Let sauce cook uncovered until thickened slightly.
