Here is how you make Chile Chicken:

In a large non-stick skillet, heat oil, add garlic and cook 1 minute. Add peppers, onions and spices. Mix well and cook covered over medium heat for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, sprinkle the chicken with the lemon juice. At the end of the 10 minutes, add the chicken. Mix well and cook covered over medium heat for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve with hash browned potatoes. NOTE: This dish can be alarming when you cook it the first time.
