1 15 oz. cans navy beans, rinsed in cold water, drained
2 15 oz. cans great northern beans, rinsed & drained; divided
6 cups Fat Free, Lower Sodium Chicken Broth
2.5 tsp ground cumin
1.5 tsp oregeno
1.25 tsp Lawry's Seasoned Salt
.5 -1 tsp White Pepper (to taste)
.75 tsp Chili Powder (to taste)
.75 tsp ground (Cayenne) Red Pepper (to taste)
.25 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (to taste)

Here is how you make 2-White Bean Chicken Chili:

In Dutch Oven or 4-6 qt pot, on medium-high, heat oil. Add onion, garlic, celery. Saute until onion and celery are tender. Add cubed chicken. Cook chicken until no longer pink 5-8 minutes, depending on sizes of chicken cubes. Add chicken broth and green chiles to cooked chicken. Stir in chopped carrots, cumin, oregeno, seasoned salt, white pepper, chili powder, ground red pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes. Simmer for 15 minutes. Add navy beans. Add one can of the great northern beans. Mash the 2nd can of great northern beans with a fork and stir into soup to help thicken the broth.Simmer an additional 20-30 minutes, until beans are hot and carrots are tender.Serve hot. Garnish with green onion and cilantro leaves. You can also add fat free sour cream and low fat mexican-type cheese for additional flavor.Serving Size:Makes 10 1.5 cup servings
