How Do I Make Accidentally Good Chicken?

Here is how you make Accidentally Good Chicken:

This recipe happened when I wasn't sure what I wanted for dinner. I didn't want to go to the store so I ransacked the kitchen and found some things that I thought would be okay together. My plan was to add some low carb pasta too but I was really close to my calories for the day so I skipped them. I think I made a good choice!!*Spray a skillet with nonstrick cooking spray and allow to heat to about medium high.*Add frozen chicken and water. Sprinkle some steak seasoning on the chicken and into the water...sounds weird for chicken but it tastes great! *Cover and let the chicken cook about 15-20 minutes or until no longer frozen through. Add water as necessary to keep chicken from sticking but to not add too much at a time!*Uncover and add the bag of frozen broccoli. Cook until most of the water is absorbed and broccoli is thawed, about 10 minutes.*Add tomato sauce and canned chili tomatoes and bring to a boil.* Reduce heat to medium and let simmer until sauce begins to thicken, about 10 minutes. This is one very hearty portion or you could share it with someone and add a side of brown rice or noodles.Number of Servings: 1Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user MS.SANDRAJEAN.
