2 medium onions
2 Pablano or Jalepeno peppers
3 potatos
1 15.5 oz can Chili beans, rinsed
1 15.5 oz can Great Northern Beans, rinsed
1 15.5 oz can Black Beans, rinsed
2 14.5 oz cans Italian diced Tomatoes
2 7 oz. cans mushrooms, drained (yield 4oz)
Cumin
Hot Pepper flakes
Cajun Spice (such as Tony Cachere's)


How Do I Make Basic Chicken Chili?

Here is how you make Basic Chicken Chili:

Cook chicken in 3oz chicken broth. Chop onion and peppers. Dice potato into small dices. Add onion, peppers and potato to chicken, cook until onions are soft, about 30 minutes. Add diced tomatos, tomato paste and seasonings (any you like, really), cook and stir for another 30 minutes. Add all beans, then simmer for an hour or so, or until the potato dices are cooked through.Add spices to your taste.
