half cup garlic cloves
4 small zucchini/yellow squash-either/or or both kinds
5 ripe tomatoes
2 cups chicken or vegetable broth
.75 tbsp olive oil
3 cups cubed butternut squash
sea salt
black pepper
chili powder
onion powder
garlic powder

Here is how you make Carly's Chicken and Butternut Squash Chili:

Preheat oven to 425, chop butternut squash, spray with olive oil, put in oven for 25 minutes to softenin the meantime:make sure all veggies are finely chopped. preheat half tbsp olive oil in pan, add onions and garlic, add zucchini and squash. Brown veggies and saute for 20 minutes. Once butternut squash is done, add butternut squash to other veggies in the stovetop pan. Add ground chicken breast. Once chicken breast starts browning, add chopped tomatoes. Cook for 20 minutes with lid on. Add vegetable broth and seasoning. Allow to cook for 10-20 minutes more with lid.
