1 - 16 oz. no salt added canned tomatoes
1 - 4 oz. can mushroom peices, drained (removes alot of the salt)

Here is how you make Chicken Lickin':

Brown the chicken peices in a skillet with the olive oil. Place the chicken in a casserole. Stir together the remaining ingredients and pour over the chiceken. Bake, covered, at 350 F for about an hour or more, until the chicken is cooked through. Serve over cooked pasta or rice (not included in recipe nutritional infomation).
