1cup green bell peppers chopped
1medium onion chopped
1garlic clove minced
1 28oz can of red kidney beans
1 28oz can of diced tomatoes
1 can sweet corn
1/2 6oz can of tomato paste
2 tbs olive oil
1 chicken bullion cube
1 tbs oregano
2 tbs chili powder
1 tsp salt

Here is how you make Chili chicken:

Heat 1tbs of olive oil in a skillet. Cut chicken into pieces and put in skillet. Add chicken bullion. Cook until chicken is fully cooked, 5-10 min. Put chicken in a plate and set aside.Add 1tbs of olive oil to skillet. Add onions,pepper, and garlic to skillet. Add oregano, chili powder and salt to skillet. Cook until the vegetables vet soft. Add in chicken and cook for a few more minutes.In a sauce pan add the canned tomatoes and kidney beans (rinse the kidney beans before adding them). Add the tomato paste and let cook for 5-10 min. Add the chicken and vegetables and the corn and cook on high for another five minutes. Reduce heat and let simmer for a few more minutes.
