1 2" cinnamon stick
1 c chopped onion
1 c sweet potato, grated (or about 1 large)
1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 c crushed tomatoes
1 T molasses
1/2 tsp ginger, ground

Here is how you make Cinnamon Chicken Chili:

Bring chicken broth with cinnamon stick to a boil medium pot, bring heat down to simmer and poach chicken 7mins or until cooked through. Remove and shred chicken, reserve poaching liquid. Next , soften onion in olive oil over medium heat. Add poaching liquid, sweet potato, tomatoes, black beans, molasses, and ginger. Add shredded chicken last.
