What Are The Ingredients For Grilled Chicken Chili Recipe?The ingredients for Grilled Chicken Chili are: 4 Large chicken breast cutlets, trimmed4 cobs corn, shucked and cleaned 2 T balsamic vinegar 2 T vegetable oil 1 large onion, diced 2 green bell peppers, diced 2 garlic cloves, minced 1 jalepeno pepper, seeded and minced 1 28 oz can crushed tomatoes 2 T chili powder 1 T dried oregano 1 T ground cumin 1 tsp paprika 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp black pepper Cayenne pepper to taste 1 cup red kidney beans, rinsed and drained 1/2 cup black beans, rinsed and drained 1/2 cup navy beans, rinsed and drained How Do I Make Grilled Chicken Chili?Here is how you make Grilled Chicken Chili: Pound the chicken cutlets until 1/2 inch thick, rub with a light coat of olive oil, season with salt, pepper, and chili powder. Grill them over high heat for 5 minutes on each side until cooked through. Parboil the corn for about 5 minutes and transfer to grill, cooking for about 5 min. Slice the grilled chicken into 1/2 inch pieces and put in large bowl. Remove grilled corn from cob and place in bowl with chicken. Pour the vinegar over the corn and chicken, stir well, cover with plastic wrap.Heat the vegetable oil and saute the onion, bell peppers, garlic, and jalepeno until soft. Add the canned tomatoes and spices. Reduce the heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
