What Are The Ingredients For Kelley's White Chicken Chili Recipe?The ingredients for Kelley's White Chicken Chili are: 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil1 small yellow onion, diced 3 garlic cloves, chopped 2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into small cubes 2-cans small white beans, drained and rinsed 1-can white kidney / cannellini beans, drained and rinsed 1-can chicken broth 1-can cream of mushroom soup 3-pepper lemon hot sauce How Do I Make Kelley's White Chicken Chili?Here is how you make Kelley's White Chicken Chili: To a large pot over low-to-medium heat add the extra virgin olive oil, onion and garlic. Cook the onions and garlic until they are carmelized (light brown and translucent). Turn the heat up to medium and add the chicken. Cook 3-5 minutes then stir; cook another 3-5 minutes then stir; cook another 3-5 minutes then stir. The chicken should be carmelized - light brown with no raw edges. Add the beans - stir up to combine well with the chicken. Cook 5 minutes, then add the chicken broth, turn the heat up to medium-high and cover. Cook 5 minutes. Remove the cover and add the cream of mushroom soup; stir to blend well, cook uncovered 5 minutes. Remove from heat; bowl the chili. To each individual bowl add the hot sauce to taste. Serves 8-10.
