2 cups Chicken Broth
3 Tbsp Chilli Power
1 Tbsp Cumin

Here is how you make Roasted Red Pepper Chicken Chili:

Saute chopped red pepper, onion, celery and garlic in a skillet w/ 1 tsp olive oil. Add chicken breast, pepper/celery/onion mixture to a crock pot. Add in spices. Blend Jar Red Peppers with juice in a blender until smooth. Pour over chicken. Add rinsed beans and 2 cups of chicken broth. Cook on low for 6-8 hours, or high for 3-4 hours.
