1 Tbsp Chili Powder
2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1 Tbsp Jerk Pork Seasoning (opt.)
Salt & Pepper to taste

Here is how you make Sr Becky's Black Bean Chicken Chili:

Makes 8 servingsSoak the beans overnight or use a quick soak method of your chosing. (2 cups dried beans = approx. 2.5 cups soaked beans)Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Place chicken in a single layer on baking sheet. Salt and pepper to taste. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until cooked completely and meat is falling off the bones. Remove meat from bones and set aside (discard skin and bones)In a large soup pot, heat olive oil until simmering. Add celery, onions and garlic and cook until onions start to turn transparent. Add carrots and broth. Bring to a boil then turn down and simmer for 20 minutes.Add chicken and drained black beans. When the chili returns to a boil turn down to a simmer and simmer until the beans and carrots are fork tender.Add the canned tomatoes (with the juice) and season to taste.
