Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.Take 3 plates and place them on the counter. Put the doritos in a large plastic bag and begin to roll them out with a rolling pin. Pounding on the large chips until they are small enough to roll over. When they are small enough, place them on one of the plates. Crack the 3 eggs into a bowl and scramble them. Once mixed place them on another plate.Finally put a 1/3 cup flour and any seasonings you like on another plate. Take the chicken thighs and cut them up into nice bite size pieces. Then dredge the chicken in the flour (shaking off excess flour) next in the egg mixture, then finally in the Dorito mixture.
