Here is how you make Chicken Chop Suey:

Boil Chicken Breast, onion and boullion in water until chicken is done. Remove chicken breast and tear into strips, return to pot, add remaining ingredients except rice. Simmer for 1/2 hour or longer. Serve over cooked rice.Sometimes I add sliced carrots and bell peppers at the beginning...
