2 tsp Rice Wine Vinegar

1/4 tsp Hot Pepper Sauce
1/4 cup Cranberries, dried

Here is how you make Cranberry-Hoisin Chicken:

In large plastic or paper bag, combine, flour, salt, pepper. Add chicken, one at a time and shake to coat.In a large, non-stick skillet, sprayed with non-stick cooking spray, heat oil over medium heat, Add chicken and cook for 5-10 minutes per side or until juices run clear. Remove from pan and keep warm.Drain pineapple,and reserve 1/3 cup juice. In the same skillet, combine the reserved pineapple juice, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, honey, vinegar, garlic, and pepper sauce. Stir in the pineapple tidbits and craisins. Cook and stir until it boils.
