1 can cream of chicken soup, 99% fat free
1 cup fat free sour cream
.5 cup skim milk
1 small bag (10-16 oz) frozen peas
1 container (2 cups?) baby bella chopped
(or white button mushrooms)
1 cup 2% shredded cheddar cheese
1 package (8) Pillsbury Grands reduced fat
biscuits
olive oil cooking spray (or regular, whatever you prefer)

Here is how you make Creamy Chicken and Biscuits:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease (I used olive oil cooking spray) the bottom and sides of an 11x7 baking dish.Chop the onion, and fry in a frying pan with a little cooking spray. Saute until tender. Combine onion, chicken soup, sour cream, milk, mushrooms, and peas in a medium bowl and mix well. Place mixture into the baking dish, and bake for 15 minutes.Remove from oven and sprinkle with 3/4 cup cheese. arrange biscuits in a single layer over top and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
