Slice the chicken breasts lengthwise to make 6 thin pieces. Place in a zip top bag with olive oil, curry, and Mrs. Dash. Toss until coated.Heat a skillet on medium and lightly coat with cooking spray. Add minced garlic. When it starts to sizzle, add the chicken. Cook until done all the way through and golden on both sides.Add remaining ingredients, stir, and raise heat to medium-high.
