Serves 4Heat oil in a pan, add sliced chicken and cook until browned, remove and set aside.Add mushrooms, onion and half the stock and cook for 5 minutes, stirring until stock has evaporated and veges have softened.In a jug combine remaining stock with mustard, honey and cornflour and whisk until combined. Add to mushrooms with the beans. Bring to the boil stirring constantly. Reduce heat and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beans are just tender.
