To start, heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add garlic, seasonings, and onion. Then add chicken and cook through both sides. In the mean time, bring water to boil for pasta. Also mix together milk, soup, and Parmesan cheese. Add soup mixture to chicken when it is done cooking, stir, and continue cooking on low heat until pasta is done. Mix pasta in when done.
