How Do I Make Crispy Chicken Kickers?

Here is how you make Crispy Chicken Kickers:

Preheat over to 375. Cut chicken into strips and then into about 1-1.5 inch pieces. In one bowl, mix the egg whites and hot sauce together. In a second bowl mix together the breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt and poultry seasoning. Spray a roasting pan with nonstick spray. Drop six or eight pieces of chicken into the egg dip and stir them about to fully coat them. Allow them to sit for a minute and then coat them very well in the bread crumb mixture. (So this one at a time) When thoroughly coated, place in baking pan. Repeat with remaining chicken. After all chicken has been placed in the pan put in oven.
