Preheat Oven for 400 degrees F.For the chicken measure 3 oz (or about 8 pieces) per individual. Family of 4: 12 oz or about 32 pieces. Spread out pieces on a flat baking sheet.Cook for 18 minutes, let cool 1 minute.While baking, start preparing the Chicken Gravy and Rice Pilaf.Chicken Gravy: In a sauce pan, mix package of gravy and 1 cup of cold water.
