In a large skillet, cook bacon until crisp. Remove and set aside for later. In bacon drippings, cook chicken 5 to 10 minutes or until light brown,turning once. Place in 406 quart slow cooker and top with mushrooms. In skillet in the drippings, warm soup and pour over chicken and mushrooms. Cover and cook for 4 hours on low setting. Top with cheese and sprinkle bacon.
