Heat oven to 400*F. Line rimmed baking sheet with foil; spray with cooking spray. Combine molasses, egg and garlic in shallow dish.Combine pistachios, bread crumbs, parsley, 1/4tsp. salt and pepper in shallow dish.sprinkle chicken with remaining salt.
