Here is how you make Ritz Crusted Chicken:

1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.2. Cut chicken breast into 5oz cutlets. 3. Cover one cutlet with plastic wrap, pound with the bottom of a pan until it is 1/4inch thick. Repeat with the other cutlet.4. Beat an egg in a shallow bowl.5. Place 1 Ritz crackers in a bag and crush into crumbs. Pour into another shallow bowl. 6. Dip each cutlet in the egg, then roll thoroughly in the ritz crackers until coated.7. Place the cutlets on a greased baking dish and sprinkle some more crumbs over the top.8.
