Preheat oven to 350.In a small bowl mix Black pepper, Ground cumin, ground cayenne, cliantro and Canola oil.Rinse the Chicken breast with cold water, pat dry and dip into pepper mixture set on a cookie sheetChop your veggies, place a small handful on the chicken breast and then sprinkle cheese.
